How do I ask a question?

Once you sign up, upload a photo of your problem through the Solved app. MAIRA, our AI tutor, will help you instantly — and if you need more help, you'll be connected to a real Solved-approved tutor.

How do I get connected with my Tutor?

Once you ask your question, MAIRA analyses your problem and matches you with the best available Solved-approved tutor for your subject, grade, and difficulty level — instantly.

How long does it take to get connected to a Tutor?

It takes 1–3 minutes to get connected to a real tutor, depending on availability. MAIRA will keep you company in the meantime!

I'd prefer not to have my video on, is that possible?

We completely understand! You can turn your video off at any time during/before the call. All our Solved-approved tutors are trained to work with you however you're comfortable.

Is my number/information shared with the tutor?

No, your privacy is important to you and to us, that is why your number or personal information is never shared with your tutor.

How do I pay for my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Bank Transfer. (We are currently working on adding more ways to pay)

When do I get billed for my subscription?

Your subscription billing cycle starts from the day you start using Solved, and you will be billed every 30 days after that. You may use Solved with unlimited access while your subscription is active.

When and how can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time, after which you can use Solved for the remainder of your active subscription. To cancel, simply go to your account settings and select End Subscription.
